Adaptive Performance Tool is confidential and copyrighted. Title to Adaptive Performance Tool and all associated intellectual property rights is retained by Intelligent Systems Services Inc. You may not make copies of Adaptive Performance Tool. You may not modify, decompile or reverse engineer Adaptive Performance Tool. You may not sell, rent or lease Adaptive Performance Tool or its parts to third parties. No right, title or interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of Intelligent Systems Services Inc. is granted under this Agreement.
Adaptive Performance Tool will stop working on the expiration date.
