TeamHealth has been working with ISS with great success for over three years now. We have utilized ISS support for disaster recovery, our EMC (Legato) backup solution and technical consulting (hardware and OS)for our OpenVMS and Windows integrated environments. Every facet of ISS support, including their professionalism, product knowledge, troubleshooting, dedication to client, response time, value and communication skills far surpasses any other technical vendor I have dealt with in my 28 years of IT experience. If I had to summarize ISS in one word it would be "Excellence". Last year, ISS supported TeamHealth with moving our revenue production system from Fort Lauderdale to our new data center in Knoxville. Utilizing our DR environment ISS had configured and installed several years before, we were able to transport 5 Tb of data over a dedicated T3 from Florida to Tennessee and then perform a recovery of the system. This feat was accomplished in less than 24 hours. Had we opted to physically move the hardware, I would have encountered a minimum of 4-5 days of downtime, costing our company millions of dollars in revenue and disrupting our service to our patients. I'll be glad to share other experiences I've had...they've all been successful. My faith and trust in ISS is solid and I look forward to working with them on many future projects.

The ISS specialists helped us with multiple projects and each project was a success. The latest was the SAN implementation project and we are very thankful to ISS  for their work. It was all much easier and took less time that one would expect with SAN implementation and data migration. Alex Gorbachev possesses unique and unsurpassed technical knowledge and experience across a wide range of operating systems and products.  ISS researched, designed, and implemented our migration from a Compaq 4100 to a HP ES40 utilizing HP EVA SAN storage device. This migration included the install of OS, our membership database application, Oracle and Legato Networker. ISS designed and implemented our backup and recovery procedures, writing scripts to make this process "lights out". All work was accomplished on time and on budget without any downtime of our production applications. 

Upon completion of our upgrade, significant application performance was achieved in the magnitude greater than 100%.
